Engine tear down

After looking at the CB750 Cafe Racer frame closer, I decided to sandblast it clean.The paint that had been put over the stock paint was just too nasty and has to be completely removed.

While that is being done, it was time to tear down the engine so that it could be inspected, refinished and new gaskets installed.

I received my owners manual for the Montesa Cappra today. Jared from Southwest Montesa also found some original front and rear fenders and should be shipping them soon. Looks like this will be a busy winter at the shop.
